Refund policy

At Birth Lines, we take great care in the design and production of our products. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with your order, the conditions below apply.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.


Assessment, Use and Diminished Value

When assessing a product, it may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, comparable to how this would be possible in a physical shop.

We kindly ask that you handle the product with care and, where reasonably possible, return it in its original packaging.

If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, or if it is returned damaged, soiled or no longer suitable for resale, we will apply a reduction in value.

The reduction in value is determined based on the condition in which the item is returned and may, if the product can no longer be resold, amount to up to 100% of the purchase price.
This means that no refund will be issued for items returned in a non-resaleable condition.


Exceptions

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalised products
• Gift vouchers


Registering a Return

Returns must be registered in advance via
mail@birthlines.com

We kindly ask you to include your order number with the return shipment and, if possible, the reason for return.

Returns that cannot be identified may not be processed.


Return Costs and Shipping

For returning an order, we ask that you cover the shipping costs yourself.

Birth Lines is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace.


Refunds

After receipt and assessment of the returned item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal, using the original payment method.

If a reduction in value applies, this will be deducted from the refund amount.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If you have received an incorrect item or if an item is defective upon arrival, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receipt, via mail@birthlines.com.

We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution. Where applicable, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
