All orders placed with Birth Lines are carefully packaged and shipped via PostNL.
Shipping Costs
For deliveries within the Netherlands, the following rates apply:
Letterbox delivery from €4.50
Parcel delivery from €6.27 depending on the size of the package
For deliveries to Belgium, a parcel delivery rate from €8.96 applies.
We also ship to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and are clearly displayed during checkout.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, any applicable taxes are calculated and settled automatically, so no additional charges apply upon delivery.
Delivery Time
We make every effort to dispatch your order within 1–5 working days after receipt of payment. This delivery time is an indication.
In exceptional circumstances, such as periods of high demand, public holidays or unforeseen delays, delivery may take slightly longer. In accordance with applicable legislation, orders are delivered no later than 30 days after the order has been placed, unless otherwise agreed.
If you order an item with a longer delivery time together with an in-stock product, the order will be dispatched once the entire order is complete.
